World White Tea is in China, Chinese White Tea is in Fujian, and Zhenghe is the main producing area of white tea. The white tea tree has a special variety, and its production process is the earliest human tea making method.

Zhenghe County belongs to the southeast coastal hilly area and is high in the east and low in the west. The political and white tea production areas are 200 to 800 meters above sea level.

The geographical latitude is different with climate changes such as sunshine, temperature and precipitation, which have a significant impact on the chemical composition of tea. The latitude of political and white tea production is moderate, ranging from 27° to 27°23 north latitude. This is conducive to the formation of a strong flavor of Zhenghe white tea, which can be brewed many times and tastes fresh and refreshing. 

The political and white tea production area is located between Wuyi Mountain and Qifeng Mountain. The temperature is hot and humid, the annual precipitation is over 1600mm, the vegetation is good, and the forest is flourishing. There is no industrial or domestic pollution in the water source and watershed, and the water quality and atmosphere are in line with the national second-class or above standards. The high content of polyphenols, amino acids and aromatic substances in the government and white tea has created the quality characteristics of zhenghe white tea with good taste and high health value.

Strict adherence to tradition means that a series of production processes such as wilting, rolling, fermenting, baking, and finishing are traditionally regulated. For example, the process of tea wilting is not the simple Sai Gan and Liang Gan. This is not the processing of white tea process. Withering refers to the natural biochemical reaction process of tea leaves. The process of withering has a series of substances in the formation of white tea. During the day, it is the time the tea leaves loses water; at night, the tea absorbs oxygen, water molecules and active enzymes in the air. On this day and night, tea leaves in nature, just like human breathing, slowly exchanges matter between nature and the air, and produces nutrients in this exchange.

Traditional handicrafts are still standard. Specific to the production process of white tea, its standard is punctual. Tea comes from nature, so the production and processing of tea should follow the nature of tea, in accordance with the laws of nature.

The traditional withering is based on 72 hours. If the weather is fine, the time for withering can be shortened slightly. If the weather is poor, the time can be extended appropriately, but they all float up and down around the 72-hour standard. This is to strictly observe the tradition and adhere to the standards. ”
