- Bai Ji Guan : Les espèces à croissance tardive de type petit arbre à feuilles moyennes et Dahongpao, Tie Luo Han et Shui Jin Gui sont connus comme les « quatre thés célèbres ». Les arbres à thé produits à Huiyuanyan Peak et à l'arrière de la montagne de Wuyishan Gongci ont des bourgeons et des feuilles étranges, des feuilles vert clair, blanches dans le vert, des bourgeons incurvés et des poils pointus, et la crête de coq blanche ressemble à la tête d'un faisan blanc doré. La crête de coq est sur le dessus, d'où le nom de crête de coq blanche.

- Pour infuser du thé de roche, nous utilisons généralement un bol en porcelaine blanche de 120 ml avec 8 grammes de thé de roche.
- Avant le début officiel de l'infusion, ébouillantez et lavez tous les services à thé (surtout les bols en porcelaine blanche) avec de l'eau bouillante à 100°C.
- Lorsque vous lavez le thé, fermez le couvercle immédiatement après avoir versé l'eau et versez l'eau rapidement. Il est préférable de contrôler le temps avant et après dans les 5 secondes.
- Continuer à infuser avec de l'eau bouillante. Après avoir versé l'eau, couvrez immédiatement le couvercle pendant environ 5 secondes, puis versez la soupe au thé.
- Après chaque punch, le temps de repos peut être ajusté en fonction de la concentration de la soupe au thé.

It is the first time to drink this rock tea of the white cockscomb variety. When I first siped it, I was not used to it, there was a faint smell of medicine. It's more noticeable when it cools down. After taking a few sips, I found that it has a more pronounced aftertaste and a better throat rhyme than other rock teas. It is also more resistant to brewing than other rock teas. The bottom of the leaves is also better.
White cockscomb, apricot-yellow soup, thick, smooth and fine soup, with a sharp aroma similar to chrysanthemums, long-lasting sweetness, and a slightly floral fragrance on the lid of the three to five-bubble cup, which is quite good.

This is a Rich oolong tea. I suggest letting it steep for at least 7-8 hours to enhance the flavor to its fullest potential, mimes didn’t come with tea pot but love it nonetheless
